Standard Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any carriage costs we incurred. Items must be returned in original, unopened or like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation number before sending anything back, returns without authorisation may be delayed or refused.

We cannot accept returns of items that are damaged through misuse, used beyond reasonable inspection, or missing parts.

Defective or Faulty Products

All Magewell products sold by StreamKit carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty. If your device develops a fault, contact our Support team and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

For defective items, return shipping is covered by StreamKit. We will send a prepaid label once the fault has been confirmed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal). Processing typically takes 5–7 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Card refunds may take a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via Contact or Support to request a Return Authorisation number
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  3. Include your order number and the reason for return inside the parcel
  4. Ship using a tracked service (Royal Mail Tracked, DPD, or similar) and keep your proof of postage
  5. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different product of equal or greater value. Contact us with your order details and the product you would like instead and we will arrange this during the returns process.
