Shipping & Returns

UK orders include free standard shipping. We dispatch next business day when you order before 2pm. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. Next-day delivery is available for UK orders—select at checkout.

All UK shipments are fully insured. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

We ship to France, Germany, and Ireland for £9.99 per order. Delivery times vary by destination; you will receive tracking information by email. Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs depend on your delivery country. UK: free. France, Germany, Ireland: £9.99 per order. Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. Weight-based rates may apply for larger or multiple items; the checkout will show the exact cost before you pay.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any carriage we incurred. Items must be in original condition, with packaging and accessories. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation before sending anything back.

We cannot accept returns of items that are damaged, used, or missing parts. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and are usually processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

For defective products, contact our Support team—we will arrange replacement or repair under warranty.
