Terms & Conditions

Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StreamKit website and services provided by Churchtown Media Ltd. (trading as StreamKit) ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Who we are and who we sell to
StreamKit is operated by Churchtown Media Ltd (company number 16960442), trading as StreamKit. We are an authorised Magewell reseller in the United Kingdom.
We sell genuine Magewell hardware to private individuals and businesses through this website. You do not need a trade account to buy from us. If you are a business and need volume pricing or a purchase order process, contact us via our contact form — any separate trade terms will be agreed in writing.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Orders
You place orders through our website checkout. All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or there is a payment or fraud concern).
Pricing and VAT
- Prices shown on the site are as displayed at checkout. We may change prices without notice; the price you pay is the price confirmed when you complete payment.
- UK VAT is included in prices where the site states that VAT is included (typically UK purchases). If you are unsure how VAT applies to your order, check the basket and checkout totals or contact us before ordering.
- Delivery options and any delivery charges are shown before you pay — see our shipping information.
Payment
- Card and other checkout payments are processed securely by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe) when you complete checkout.
- Where we agree a bank transfer for a specific order, payment must be made using the details we provide for that order.
- Extended credit, Net terms, or trade-only payment arrangements apply only where we have agreed them with you in writing — they do not apply to standard website checkout.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery methods, timeframes, UK and international options, and how we ship Magewell hardware are set out on our shipping & returns page. That page forms part of these Terms for delivery and returns.
- Delivery dates are estimates unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided or collected according to the carrier's terms.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance — you are responsible for those where applicable.
- You must provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delay or loss caused by incorrect information or by carriers or customs outside our control.
Warranty and returns
Manufacturer warranty
New Magewell products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The period and terms depend on the product — we state the warranty period on the relevant product pages (many USB and Pro Capture lines carry a three-year warranty where we advertise that). We can help you with warranty claims and RMAs for products bought from us.
Cooling-off and returns
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have statutory rights including the right to cancel certain distance contracts within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our commercial returns window and process (including the 30-day return period where we offer it) are described on shipping & returns. Nothing in these Terms reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Returns usually need prior agreement (e.g. an RMA or return authorisation) so we can expect the goods and refund correctly.
- Products should be returned in original condition and packaging where reasonably possible, unless faulty.
- Custom-configured or special-order items may not be returnable unless faulty — we will make that clear before you order where it applies.
- Who pays return postage depends on the reason for return and what we publish on our shipping page and any RMA instructions.
Faulty goods
Contact us if an item is faulty or not as described. We will help under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (if you are a consumer) or under the applicable sale terms, including repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Intellectual property
Website content (text, layout, graphics, logos, and our own images) is owned by Churchtown Media Ltd or its licensors unless otherwise stated, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Magewell® is a registered trademark of Nanjing Magewell Electronics Co., Ltd.
- Product names and imagery may be used only as permitted by law and by any licence we or Magewell grant.
- You may not copy, scrape, or republish our site content for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question
- We are not responsible for business interruption or lost profits
- Technical specifications are subject to change by manufacturers
- Product suitability for specific applications is your responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Confidentiality
If we share confidential trade information with you (for example bespoke pricing or roadmap details under a trade relationship), you agree to keep that information confidential and use it only for the purpose we gave it. Standard retail prices on the website are not confidential.
Suspension and refusal of service
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block access to the website where we reasonably need to — for example breach of these Terms, abuse, fraud, non-payment on agreed trade terms, or legal or security reasons.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. For material changes we may also email customers who have bought from us or post a notice on the site. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except that your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force and effect.
