Download USB Capture Utility from https://streamkit.co.uk/downloads
Install and launch the utility
Connect your Magewell device via USB
The utility will automatically detect your device
Click 'Check for Updates' or 'Firmware Update' button
If an update is available, click 'Download' then 'Install'
DO NOT disconnect the device during update process
Wait for 'Update Complete' message (usually 1-2 minutes)
Restart your computer after update completes
Verify new firmware version in utility's Device Info section
