How to Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation)

The Solution

Contact StreamKit support to initiate an RMA. You'll receive an RMA number and shipping instructions. Device will be tested and repaired or replaced.

Describe the issue in detail (symptoms, when it started, what you've tried)

Include your order number and device serial number

Support team will troubleshoot remotely first

If hardware issue confirmed: RMA number will be issued

Pack device securely in original packaging (or equivalent protection)

Include RMA number clearly visible on outside of package

Ship to provided UK address (pre-paid label may be provided for warranty claims)

StreamKit will test, repair, or replace within 5-10 business days
