Control Hub Plus is the third tier of Magewell's device management platform. What Control Hub Does

Magewell Control Hub is a web-based platform for managing Magewell Pro Convert, Ultra Encode, and compatible devices centrally. It replaces per-device management with a single interface covering device status monitoring, configuration management, firmware updates, alerting, task scheduling, and reporting. As Magewell device deployments scale, centralised management through Control Hub becomes the practical way to maintain visibility and control across the full device estate.

What Plus Adds Over Basic

• API access: the Control Hub Plus tier includes access to the Control Hub API. This is the feature that most clearly separates Plus from the lower tiers. The API allows third-party facility management systems, custom dashboards, broadcast automation platforms, and monitoring tools to query and interact with Control Hub programmatically. Magewell device status data can be pulled into a broader operations view rather than existing only inside the Control Hub interface
