It removes the device count limits of the lower tiers and adds enterprise-grade capabilities including LDAP and Active Directory authentication, the full Control Hub API, and comprehensive operational reporting. It is designed for large broadcast facilities, enterprise AV deployments, and managed service environments where Magewell device management must integrate with existing IT infrastructure and meet institutional governance requirements.

What Control Hub Does

Control Hub is Magewell's centralised management platform for Pro Convert, Ultra Encode, and compatible network devices. It provides device status monitoring, configuration management, firmware updates, alerting, scheduled task automation, and reporting from a single web interface. For large facilities with many Magewell devices distributed across studios, galleries, server rooms, and remote locations, it provides the operational visibility and control that per-device management cannot.

What Pro Adds Over Lower Tiers

Why LDAP and Active Directory Integration Matters
